Will I need planning permission for my Garden Room?
Planning is very rarely needed, although some larger buildings or designs may require it. We can help through any planning required.
Do you organise the electrical connection to my Garden Room?
We have a trusted local company of electricians that can carry out any connections, and provide advice on fittings.
Will you need a skip at our property?
We will likely need a skip, but it depends on the existing space the building will fit into.
Will my garden or grass get damaged during construction?
We will endeavour to keep any damage to a minimum, although cannot guarantee during the build that there won’t be any, although we will rectify any damage caused by our works.
